1. "I'm a Flower Too" will take over the MBC Wednesday & Thursday 21:55 time slot previously occupied by "Can't Live With Losing".
2. Early working title for "I'm a Flower Too" was "Gyejibaedeul" (literally "Those Girls") then changed to "Yeongwangui Gwihwan" (literally "The Queen Returns") before arriving at final title "I'm a Flower Too".
3. Actor Kim Jae-Won was originally cast as male lead character Seo Jae-Hee. On October 4, 2011, during the first day of shooting, Kim Jae-Won was injured while on a moped (the moped accidentally accelerated). Kim Jae-Won was advised by doctors to rest 3-4 weeks and will also need surgery. In his place actor Yoon Si-Yoon was then cast as Seo Jae-Hee.
